I'm Christina, an enrolled citizen of the Choctaw Nation and founder of Bear Paww Designs. With over 30 years of experience in federal grants, tribal program development, and community-focused project management, I’ve helped dozens of Native nations and nonprofits turn visions into funded realities.

My Story:

I started Bear Paww Designs because I saw firsthand how many Indigenous communities had powerful ideas—but lacked the grant support, organizational strategy, or technical capacity to bring those ideas to life.

Drawing on my background in tribal administration, public health, and nonprofit collaboration, I’ve built a practice rooted in cultural integrity, accountability, and outcomes that matter.

Whether I’m writing a federal SAMHSA grant, facilitating a strategic plan for a tribal council, or managing a multi-agency program roll-out, my goal is the same: empower your team, honor your community, and ensure long-term success.

What Sets Bear Paww Designs Apart:

  • ✔️ Native woman-owned and operated

  • ✔️ Deep experience across tribal governance, public health, housing, and education

  • ✔️ Millions of dollars in grants awarded to past clients

  • ✔️ Culturally grounded, community-driven

  • ✔️ Fully bonded, insured, and licensed, insured with biBERK

What I Value:

🪶 Respect. Collaboration. Clarity.
Every organization I serve deserves honesty, structure, and culturally competent partnership. I work closely with your team to ensure you don’t just “win the grant”—you build the foundation to manage it with strength and vision.
